ELDP gives you real-world impact from day one, working on high-profile North Asia projects while building strong commercial and leadership capabilities. You’ll gain the international mindset and strategic experience required to lead Hilti into the future.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in engineering consulting, management consulting, or product marketing, with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Aspiration to become a future leader, leveraging technical expertise with a global mindset – ideally supported by overseas study or work experience
  • Passion for driving business results and supporting customers with solutions focused on productivity, safety, and sustainability
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local levels
  • Ability to execute initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and one North Asian language
  • Desire to build a long-term career with flexibility to work in different locations and develop into a global leader
