This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
  • Regularly influence and contribute to strategy and tactical planning and support proliferation of break-through technologies
  • Collaborate and develop roadmap with global customer design centers and industry experts
  • Meet with key global customers at their facilities to translate/identify new opportunities
  • Is an expert in the industry, developing new data/white papers to promote Henkel expertise
  • Develop and manage key innovations/application development programs
  • Understand the latest technologies and impact to our business and customers
  • Proactively contribute, impact and share best practice at the team, technology, application and product line levels
  • Quantify, document, and report Henkel solution’s value to customers
