Tätigkeiten / Anforderungen

About this Position The RM Network Supply Planner plays a key role in ensuring a stable and efficient supply of products to the Korean market by managing end-to-end supply planning and sourcing activities. This role is responsible for coordinating with regional and inter-company suppliers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory levels, and address supply-related issues. This role also contributes to claim management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and business continuity. 
What you´ll do
  • Manage the end-to-end supply planning process for imported goods from Asia / North America to ensure timely availability in Korea.
  • Lead sourcing and procurement operations by coordinating with inter-company suppliers and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory performance, focusing on NES ratio and inventory days to reduce holding costs.
  • Proactively manage slow-moving and aging inventory to minimize obsolescence and write-offs.
  • Handle claim management related to trading operations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with Production planner and scheduler, Logistics, and QA teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and resolve operational issues.
  • Work closely with 3rd Party Vendor and logistics partners to improve warehouse utilization and transportation efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying supply chain gaps and contributing to process enhancement initiatives.
